Attorney Amanda Oliveira grew up in Bluffton, SC. She attended the College of Charleston, where she obtained her Bachelor’s Degree with a Spanish major and a minor in Latin American Studies, graduating Magna Cum Laude. She also studied abroad in Santiago, Chile. After graduation, Mrs. Oliveira worked for La Isla Magazine as Language School Director, Contributing Writer and Translator.

She went to Brazil to obtain an English as a Second Language (ESL) certification for teaching. She soon became aware of the various needs of the immigrant communities within and outside the United States.  She also became a Certified Interpreter for the Supreme Court of South Carolina. Through interpreting, she met Attorney Hector Esquivel and worked as his paralegal for several years before deciding to attend law school.

While attending law school and working full time, Mrs. Oliveira married Brazilian and United States Citizen Rafael Oliveira and started a family. She graduated from Savannah Law School in 2019 and currently resides in Springfield, GA. She continues to have a passion for Latino and immigrant communities, and she values faith and family.

Mrs. Oliveira will work with you on all your family’s needs. She is knowledgeable and passionate about helping immigrants, residents and citizens navigate complex immigration and criminal laws. Mrs. Oliveira speaks both Spanish and Portuguese and is ready to help you today.
